Megan Carle began her career as a Customer Service Representative at Nike in 1988. Over the next thirty years at the company, Carle was elevated multiple times to roles no woman had ever held, culminating in her dream job: Vice President/General Manager of North American Basketball.

After leaving Nike in 2016, she founded Carle Consulting LLC, providing strategic marketing advice to consumer products companies. Carle also provides executive coaching to C-suite executives and emerging leaders. She speaks frequently about corporate culture, leadership, and workplace bullying to executives and employees of major brands across the U.S.

She is the author of WALK AWAY TO WIN: A Playbook to Combat Workplace Bullying. Her writing and expertise on this topic—and on creating healthy workplace cultures that support all employees—has appeared in Harvard Business Review Online, Fast Company Online, Quartz, Thrive Global, AARP Magazine, Salon, and more
